How to count data from PDF, Excel, Word file using find and replace
We do a lot of data calculation in official work. And if there is any PDF, Word, Excel, I do the calculation manually. If there is no filtering opportunity in that data, then how do I calculate the data.
Then the task of calculation becomes very difficult for us. There are many types of documents in the office such as: TV channel log, radio channel log, PDF file data, word file data, excel file data, word, image document, automated software output data.
Those data cannot be calculated manually. It takes a lot of time and effort to calculate. However, the calculation can be automated. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people

আমরা অফিসিয়াল কাজে অনেক ডাটা গণনার কাজ করে থাকি। আর গণনাটা যদি কোনো পিডিএফ, ওয়ার্ড, এক্সসেল থাকে ম্যানুয়ালি করে থাকি। ওই ডাটাতে যদি কোনো ফিল্টাররিং এর সুযোগ না থাকে, তাহলে ডাটা কিভাবে গণনা করবো।
তাহলে গণনা করার কাজটা আমাদের জন্য অনেক কঠিন হয়ে যায়। অফিসে অনেক ধরণের ডকুমেন্ট থাকে যেমনঃ টিভি চ্যানেলের লগ, রেডিও চ্যানেলের লগ, পিডিএফ ফাইল ডাটা , ওয়ার্ড ফাইল ডাটা , এক্সসেল ফাইল ডাটা,ওয়ার্ড, ইমেজ ডকুমেন্টের, অটোমেটেড সফটওয়্যার আউটপুট ডাটা। ওই ডাটা গুলো ম্যানুয়ালী ছাড়া গণনা করা যায়না। গণনা করা গেলেও অনেক সময় ও শ্রমের প্রয়োজন।
যাহোক বন্ধুরা গণনার কাজটা অটোমেটিক করা যায়। শুধু একটু বুদ্ধি খাটিয়ে কাজটা করলেই হয়। এক্সেল ফাইন্ড এন্ড রিপ্লেসের মাধ্যমে কাজটা করা যায়। আর যদি মিডিয়া লগ ক্যাম্পেইনওয়াইজও হয়ে থাকে, তাহলেও এক্সেল ফাইন্ড এন্ড রিপ্লেসের মাধ্যমে কাজটা করা যাবে। তাহলে বন্ধুরা এক্সেল, পিডিএফ, ওয়ার্ড, ইমেজ ডকুমেন্টের গণনার কাজটা ফাইন্ড এন্ড রিপ্লেসের মাধ্যমে কাজটা করা যাবে।
